Walter Livingston raised his fists. Ein matched him and raised their monstrous paws. At the end of which were ten claws as sharp as razor blades.
“May the best creature win.” Walter said before striking. He moved so fast he looked like a black and red blur lunging across the living room. Before Ein knew it, the salesperson punched them in the gut.
Ein fell on to all fours as the blur flew around them, striking them all over their bear body. Ein swung wildly. With one lucky swipe Ein made contact and Walter careening into the front door. The door snapped in half, falling from the hinges.
“I hate ‘were’ things. All of you! You’re all full of unearned strength.” Water said between wheezing coughs as he caught his breath.
“At least you’ve been kind enough to show me the door. I hope this is goodbye.”
Walter fled the house.
